Christopher Rugh is a native of Michigan and he graduated in 1992 from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and advertising. He is most noted for his involvement in developing the vanity telephone business and guiding legislation to prevent the over-regulation of it. While serving as Co-Chairman of the SMS/800 Number Administration Committee (SNAC) for The Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, Inc.
