Culture
Netflix presentation (but meant to be read not presented) detailing their corporate culture. Many excellent points, including: a company's values are embodied in the behaviours it rewards and penalizes; highly process-driven companies rarely do well when the market changes, i.e. cannot be agile; a great workplace is "stunning colleagues"; a 5-word expenses etc. policy ("Do the best for Netflix" or something like that); and so on. Too good to lose
